The warranty on this page is the Official 2009  Warranty of  th eXtreme mini quad.

 * Since March 21, 2006  th eXtreme mini quad is the FIRST IN CANADA to offer a  One  Year , 100% Comprehensive Limited Warranty* .  The Industry Standard*.

 th eXtreme mini quad (The Company) offers to provide a  One  Year Comprehensive Limited  Warranty for all  mini quad ATV's sold by an Authorized th eXtreme mini quad Dealer in Canada.  You  need  only to provide  your original invoice/receipt or proof of purchase, which must show Our VIN number, Date of Purchase  and Authorized Dealer Name  on the invoice.  Only Sales by Authorized  Dealers of The Company th eXtreme mini quads, are covered under this Warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

The engine, transmission and frame  and 100 % of all parts are covered under this  Warranty, UNLESS they are explicitly excluded .  Consumable parts and supplies are NOT covered under this Warranty.

The following are NOT covered, and are excluded under this WARRANTY or cause the Warranty to be void.

1. Damage caused by obvious misuse or abuse of product or using it in a manner other than originaly intended. 

2. Shipping cost for return of defective parts or shipment of replacement parts, that are covered under this Warranty.

3.Labor costs to diagnose problems covered under this warranty.

4 Labor costs to repair parts covered under this warranty.

5. Problems from lack of professional assembly,  or owner's maintenance or misuse.

6. a)NOT Covered under this Warranty are All consumables such as Fuel, Oil, Air Filters, Oil Filters, Hoses, Light bulbs, Batteries, Sparkplugs , Tires, Wheels and Nuts, Drive chains, Brake Pads, Belts.

6b)Lights, Electrical Harness, Electrical Switches, Plastics such as fenders, body, Bumpers and Racks are NOT covered under the Warranty.   Consumables MAY be covered under this WARRANTY if found to be defective.

The Company reserves the right to be shown proof of defective parts.  The Customer must claim the Warranty through the Authorized Dealer where the product was purchased. 

The warranty on this page is the Official 2009  Warranty of  th eXtreme mini quad.   All previous Warranties expressed or implied are hereby revoked and null and void.
